It’s like this

how happy can i be
being no one
how happy can i be
doing nothing
how happy can i be
feeling this
and calling it happy?

no one thing lasts forever
being no one thing
and happy
pours itself back
into and out of
everything.

it is a sunny day
and I'm here
being the sun,
setting roots deeper
into living.

Teresa of Avila says

"This magnificent refuge is inside you.

Enter. Shatter the darkness that shrouds the doorway…

Be bold. Be humble.

Put away the incense and forget

the incantations they taught you.

Ask no permission from the authorities.

Close your eyes and follow your breath

to the still place that leads to the

invisible path that leads you home." ~ St. Theresa of Avila

Artist unfortunately unknown, my sincere apologies at this time for not knowing

Plum body

plum

blossom

realigning my water body.

with

the source

of blossoming

spring is ever possible

rhythms of becoming

travel through me

my plum body

blossoms

as the stars shine

as the beez hum

as the hay is cut.

easing into my nature

carrying the map within

of all the world's destinations.

Easing the heart

if these words were a song

would the melody lighten a heavy heart?

could the tune ease a lonely soul?

may they celebrate a faltering toddler

learning to trust

body to ground

as one,

with every new step.

Springing forth

    A destined waveform

reappears as the cistern

springing forth clear water

from our hearts

we've landed in this moment

and we'll spare nothing

to let it ring

loud and clear

a new frequency

visible and palpable

in the look of our bright eyes

it is safe

to return the favor.

Third Circle.

Star map

a star map in my belly

meridians of mystery

walking the motherland frequency.

Finding ground

my new job:

wake up

feed the birds

make tea or coffee

ponder

be inspired

don't even try to fit this into words

write

or paint

do whatever comes first.

love being

such a mystery.

.

this bit of writing reflects the settling that found ground.
